📣 It’s time to share what you’ve built, learned and fought with! The Call for Papers for Keycloak DevDay 2027 is open until October 24, 2026.
As announced in our Save the Date post back in June, the world’s largest Keycloak community conference returns to Darmstadt, Germany, on April 8–9, 2027. And once again, we want the conference day to be shaped by the people who know Keycloak best: you, the community.
Anything Keycloak-related is welcome! To give you some inspiration, we’d love to hear about:
Real-world implementations and case studies
Migration stories and lessons learned – including the things that went wrong
Keycloak core features and new developments
Extension development and customization (SPIs, themes, providers, …)
Operating Keycloak in production: deployment, monitoring, upgrades
Performance optimization and scaling
Security best practices and patterns
Identity standards and protocols (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.x, SAML, passkeys, …)
Integration with cloud-native technologies
One thing to keep in mind: everyone at DevDay already knows Keycloak. Please don’t submit an introduction talk. Our audience wants to go deep, so bring the details, the code and the war stories.
👉 Submit your proposal on Sessionize: sessionize.com/keycloak-devday-2027
⏰ Deadline: October 24, 2026
As a speaker, you get free access to the event (main speaker only, not co-speakers). As a community conference, we keep costs as low as possible, so we can’t cover travel or accommodation. Thanks for your understanding!

We’re looking forward to your submissions – and to seeing you in Darmstadt next April! 🚀
